FH-TECTON Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the AXONIS PRO mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By downloading or using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not collect payment card numbers, national identity numbers, or precise GPS location.

3. How We Use Your Data

Provide and improve the App — authenticate you, store your logo gallery, enforce the freemium quota.
Process transactions — verify in-app purchases and unlock logo assets.
Deliver advertisements — serve banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads via Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalised ads in your device's Google Settings → Ads.
App integrity — Firebase App Check verifies each request comes from a genuine AXONIS PRO build, preventing API abuse.
Communications — send push notifications about your logo synthesis results (you can disable these in device settings).
Legal compliance — retain records as required by UK/EU law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, App Check, Remote Config) — Google Privacy Policy
Google Gemini AI / Firebase AI Logic — text prompts you enter are sent to Google's AI infrastructure to generate logo images. Prompts are not used to train models without your consent. See Gemini API Terms.
Google AdMob — advertising network. AdMob Privacy
Google Play Billing — in-app purchase processing. Google Payments Privacy
Google Sign-In — OAuth 2.0 authentication. Google Privacy Policy

No personal data is sold to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Account & logo data: retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes all associated Firestore documents and Firebase Storage files.
Ad interaction logs: managed by Google AdMob per their retention policy (typically 90 days).
Crash/diagnostic logs: retained for 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics.
Purchase records: retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law.

7. Data Transfers

Your data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure, which may involve transfers outside the UK/EEA. Google LLC complies with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Details: Google DPA.

8. Your Rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Restriction — ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent — for personalised advertising, at any time via device ad settings.

To exercise any right, email: fhtecton.lab@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU supervisory authority.

9. Children's Privacy

AXONIS PRO is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact fhtecton.lab@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Advertising & Consent (Google UMP)

For users in the EEA and UK, the App presents a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog on first launch, compliant with IAB TCF v2.2. You may update your consent choices at any time in the App's settings or via: Settings → Ads preferences → Manage.

Regardless of consent, non-personalised ads may still be shown as they do not require consent under legitimate interest grounds.

California Residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to non-discrimination. Contact fhtecton.lab@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

11. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
Firestore security rules enforce per-user access control — users can only read/write their own data.
Firebase App Check prevents API abuse from non-genuine app builds.
The App binary is obfuscated; no API keys are embedded in the source code.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.

12. Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your AXONIS PRO account and all associated personal data at any time using one of the following methods:

In-app: Open the App → tap the account icon (top right) → Delete my account.
Web form: Visit www.fhtecton.com/account-deletion.html and submit a deletion request.
Email: Send a request to fhtecton.lab@gmail.com.

Upon deletion the following data is permanently removed:

Google authentication record (Firebase Auth)
All AI-generated logos and history (Firestore + Firebase Storage)
User profile data (display name, email, UID)

Deletion is processed within 30 days. Transaction records required for legal/tax purposes are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notification or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
